What is your shipping policy?
We offer flexible shipping options to fit your needs:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 (estimated delivery within 2–5 business days)
- Ground Shipping: $4.95 (estimated delivery within 2–5 business days)
- Express Shipping: $14.95 (estimated delivery within 1–2 business days)
All orders of product made by Amenities will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days. You can expect orders for brand partner products to ship out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product detail page.
Please note that we currently only accept orders from the 50 states in the U.S. and Washington DC. We are working to expand internationally as soon as possible!
You will receive an email with order tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once processed, shipping time is typically between 2-5 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary by carrier and brand partner.

What is your return policy?

We're a small business and still growing! While we work towards expanding our operations to accommodate returns and exchanges, please understand that at this stage, we are unable to accept them. We genuinely care about your satisfaction, so if you have any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated team at hey@amenitiesshop.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you receive the best experience possible. We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery, and if you come across any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and make things right for you. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to evolve and serve you better!

Brand Partner Orders
What is a brand partner?
We're working hard to partner with brands to bring you the best in the wellness space! Our curated marketplace consists of products that we love that'll elevate and support you on your self-care journey.
Any partner product you order will be shipped directly to you from the brand. Shipping is always free even if you're ordering from one of our brand partners!
How do I know if I'm ordering a brand partner product?
Our brand partner products are identified on the product details page under the product description.
How are brand partner products different from Amenities products?
Brand partner products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partners in separate packaging. Please allow 2-3 business days for these products to ship.
How do I return a product from a brand partner?
You can reach out to our team at hey@amenitiesshop.co and we can help get the process started. Please note that our partners have varying return policies and some do not accept returns, but we are happy to help initiate a return request.
All returns must be requested within 14 of receiving the items. Any accepted returns must be sent back to our partner and will not be accepted by us.
Will I be charged for the return?

How long until I receive my refund?
Once our brand partner processes the return, you can expect to see your return in 5-10 business days.
Do brand partner products ship internationally?
Unfortunately, partner products do not ship internationally.
How will my brand partner order ship?
Our brand partner's products ship primarily via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please refer to your order confirmation email for more information.
How do I know when my brand partner order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once our brand partner has shipped your product.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to us at hey@amenitiesshop.co. If you are inquiring about a lost or stolen brand partner package, we will help initiate an investigation with our brand partner.
